*Negotiate and document commercial midstream transactions related to the gathering, processing, transportation and storage of natural gas and liquid energy products. *Provide critical advice to ensure company’s commercial operations remain in compliance with federal, state and local regulations affecting the midstream oil and gas industry, including FERC regulation of intrastate natural gas pipelines pursuant to Section 311 of the National Gas Policy Act of 1978. *Assist in managing and coordinating litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
